1. I am outside of Australia, can I still make an order?
Our online store currently only accepts Australian orders. If you wish to order car parts from us and you are outside of Australia, we are more than happy to cater for that as well, please contact us directly at email sales@apwarehouse.com.au or call us at 02 9791 0955. We would love to help you out and get you the best rate for your order!
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do accept cash for orders and purchases made in our physical store, if you do wish to visit us - click here! We DO NOT accept cash on delivery.
3. When will I get my order?

5. Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you don't need an account to place an order on the online store of AP Warehouse.
6. How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
7. Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are based in Australian Dollars (AUD) because we are an Australian store. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction. If you are ordering from outside of Australia, please see the point 4 above.
8. How do I set my shipping address?
Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter "?" to "c".
9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

11. What do I do if it's past my expected delivery date and I haven't received anything?
If your order is missing, please contact us immediately at sales@apwarehouse.com.au or chat with us immediately by clicking on the messenger icon on the bottom right of this page.
12. What do I do if my product is broken/damaged upon arrival?
Please provide us with a description and photo at sales@apwarehouse.com.au or through the chatbox on our website. We will issue you a FULL REFUND, no questions asked. We believe in our customers having the most pleasant shopping experience.
