Refund Policy

We have a return & refund policy within your ONE-YEAR WARRANTY for EVERY PRODUCT you buy from us, which means that you will be protected by anything unprecedented and unexpected that happens with your product due to manufacture faults and defect during your use.

To be eligible for a return & refund, your product must be brought back to the warehouse  for assessment through the 3 following means:

  1. Local Drop-off - if you do wish to come in for the exchange and speak to our specialist!
  2. Local Driver Collect - organized by us for our Sydney-siders - FOR FREE!
  3. Ship Back - Return and Refund is still available for our friends in Regional NSW and other Australian States outside of NSW. By making an order, you agreed to the terms that the expense of shipping the product back to our warehouse and then back to you (after our assessment and there's nothing wrong) is to be bear by you.

For your order to be eligible for a full refund after the return, the product must be in a similar condition as the one you have received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at or give us a call at 02 9791 0955, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right for you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns for products that are under the category of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at or give us a call at 02 9791 0955.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you will have to pay for ONLY the shipping of the new order if you are not from regional NSW or any other states that isn't NSW. Sydney customers are eligible for free exchanges/swaps either in person at our warehouse - 17-19 Anzac Street, Greenacre, NSW 2190 or through our Local Driver Collect method (listed above), where our driver will collect the faulty product, bring it back to our warehouse for assessments and then deliver the new one back to you at no extra cost. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method through the method of payment that we have discussed and agreed with you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, so do allow us 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed.
